Is Hanlan’s Restaurant open?
Hanlan’s Restaurant is currently open daily for breakfast service only. For All Day dining the BLVD Cafe & Bar is available on Ground floor with all your Café favorites.

 

Where is breakfast served and is it a buffet?
Breakfast is served  daily in both BLVD Café & Bar and Hanlan’s Restaurant. Due to restrictions it is not a self serve buffet in Hanlan’s but a manned buffet served directly to guests by our friendly team. Don’t fret we still have all you buffet favourites, they are just served a little differently now!  BLVD Cafe & Bar serves a variety of a la carte and fresh take away options.

 

Is your pool heated?
Yes, it is.

 

Do you have Free WiFi?

Where can I park?
Parking is available through the Secure Car Park  at the adjoining Paradise Centre with access underneath the hotel. Entry is via Hanlan Street. Additional costs for parking do apply as this is an external provider. Please see the Reception team for discounted ticketing options for inhouse guests.

 

Is my room serviced?

Your room will be serviced daily, we kindly request that you vacate your room whilst the Team carry out the service. If you have any specific time you would like your room serviced please Dial 53 or inform Reception.

 

What should I do if I feel unwell?

The Hotel has trained ALLSafe Ambassadors present onsite 24 hours per day and they will be able to provide assistance with any health concerns that you may have.

 

Is there social distancing required in the elevators?

Yes, please follow the social distancing restrictions for the elevators.

 

Should additional time be allocated for movement in or around the hotel?

Yes. Due to social distancing requirements please plan your journey as additional time might be required to move in and around the hotel such as additional time required for lift access due to the restrictions.

 

When dining in BLVD Café & Bar or when I am in the lobby or conference areas on level 1, where are the toilets?

Public toilets are located on level 1. Please follow the directional signs.

 

Is there only one lift to the car park?

There is a lift in the hotel as well as a lift in the Paradise Centre that goes to the car park.
