Novotel Surfers Paradise is focused on maintaining services and standards across the Hotel and as part of our Maintenance Program we regret to inform you that our hotel’s spa and pool facilities will be temporarily closed for upgrade works from Monday 4th – Wednesday 6th December 2023 (inclusive).
During this period, our team will be working to enhance your future experiences at our spa and pool and We apologize for any inconvenience that this causes and appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide you with the best possible facilities.
The Hotel has made arrangements for our guests to use the nearby pool at Mantra Legends, located less than a block away.
The fitness centre and multi-purpose sports court will remain fully operational, allowing you to continue your wellness routines.
We apologize for any disruptions and appreciate your patience.
