Our certification demonstrates our commitment to:

  • Looking after our natural environment
  • Minimal impacts on the environment
  • Supporting and engaging our local community
  • Reducing our carbon footprint
  • Making real contributions to conservation
  • Helping to preserve Australian Indigenous cultures

The Ecotourism Australia Certification programs are recognised by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC).

Saying No to Single-Use Plastics

As part of our sustainability efforts, we have made significant strides in reducing single-use plastics. Say goodbye to wasteful amenities as we have replaced single-use shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in our guest rooms with convenient refillable bottles. We have also taken steps to eliminate single-use plastic packaging in our Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring that every bite you take is a step towards a greener future. And of course, plastic straws are a thing of the past as we embrace eco-friendly alternatives.

Making a Difference

Step onto our Level 5 outdoor area and discover a rooftop garden. With a variety of green areas and plants, this garden not only adds a touch of natural beauty to our hotel but also serves as a sustainable area for you to relax and indulge in during your stay, and make use of dedicated green spaces.

In our continuous efforts to reduce our carbon footprint, we have implemented state-of-the-art Beolec Voltage Optimisation (VO) units. These cutting-edge installations, introduced in March 2021, actively reduce electricity consumption and demand on the grid. By staying with us, you are directly contributing to a greener, more sustainable future for our planet.

We continually assess and improve our water and energy efficiency, and we are proud to have received a NABERS water rating of 4 stars and a NABERS energy rating of 4.5 stars.
