Chef Praveen then refined his skills at Sheraton Fiji, where he was trained in various cuisines, including Spanish, Asian, Indian, and Italian.
Throughout his long career, he has worked at Mantra Legends, Q1, and Mantra on View before taking on the role of Executive Chef at Novotel Surfers Paradise.
Chef Praveen is not only passionate about creating exceptional dishes but also enjoys engaging with guests. He finds joy in bringing families together through his creations and is always eager to learn about his guests to enhance their dining experiences.
