POOL AND HOT TUB

Our Level 5 Pool and Hot Tub provide a complete and rejuvenating escape for your ultimate relaxation.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

While we undertake facade improvements, the pool will be closed on weekdays from May 12 to the end of next month.

It will, however, remain open all day on weekends, public and school holidays.

For your convenience, alternative swimming options are available nearby. We apologise for any minimal noise during this period, and we are committed to keeping disruptions to a minimum.

To ensure cleanliness and tidiness at all times, a nominal fee is applied, which includes the provision of utensils for your convenience. We believe in maintaining a clean and enjoyable environment for everyone to appreciate.

Conveniently located on level 5, right next to the pool, our BBQ area offers a picturesque setting where you can unwind and indulge in delicious food. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a meal while taking in the breathtaking views.

To reserve the BBQ area, simply approach our friendly concierge upon arrival. They will be more than happy to assist you in securing your spot and ensuring a delightful BBQ experience at Novotel Surfers Paradise.

While our facility is undergoing facade renovations, which will temporarily close our BBQ area from May 12 until the end of the year. Please note that the BBQ will still be available on weekends, school holidays and public holidays during this timeframe, and we look forward to its full reopening soon.

LAUNDRY

Our convenient laundry facility, located on level 5, is designed to cater to the needs of both travelers and families. We understand that keeping your clothes clean and fresh is essential, especially when you’re away from home.

Families, in particular, will appreciate our laundry facility. With larger loads of laundry often required, our full-sized washing machines and dryers can handle the task efficiently. No more worrying about finding a local laundromat or spending excessive time doing laundry during your stay. Our facility provides a convenient solution, ensuring you have more time to enjoy your family vacation.

To make things even more convenient, we offer EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) payment options. This means you can easily pay for your laundry services using a card or other electronic payment methods, eliminating the need for cash.

CAR PARKING

Paid parking is conveniently available at the adjacent Paradise Centre Car Park, accessible via lifts from the hotel lobby. Entry to the car park is located on Hanlan Street. We have arranged a discounted self-parking rate of $25 per car, per night.

Limited secure underground parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis, as we are unable to reserve spaces. Please note that availability may vary. The car park has a maximum height clearance of 1.95 metres.

Guests are welcome to unload their vehicles in the Novotel driveway using the provided Porter’s Trolleys. You can then check in, store your luggage at the hotel, and self-park in the Paradise Centre Car Park for the duration of your stay.

To redeem the discounted parking rate:

Park your vehicle as normal – the boom gate will record your car registration.
During check-in, inform our friendly Reception team of your vehicle’s registration details.
The discounted rate will be applied, and parking charges will be added to your account for payment upon check-out.

In the event that the adjoining Paradise Centre Car Park does fill, the Bruce Bishop Car Park is located a short 5 minute walk (1 minute drive) away, just 150m from the hotel.

Please be aware, these Car Parks are not owned by Novotel Surfers Paradise and parking is subject to availability.
