Surfers Paradise is gearing up to host the annual Shaw and Partners Shannon Eckstein Ironman Classic from February 23 to February 25, 2024.

The Shaw and Partners Shannon Eckstein Ironman Classic will witness the world’s foremost surf sports athletes competing in the culmination of the Shaw and Partners Summer of Surf, vying for the title of Series Champion.

This event draws elite surf sports competitors from around the world to partake in challenging ski, swim, board, and ironman, as well as team events. Spanning three action-packed days, the Shaw and Partners Shannon Eckstein Ironman Classic showcases Australia’s fittest athletes as they vie for global recognition in one of the most demanding surf sports disciplines.

The weekend promises family-friendly entertainment, including various activities and a not-to-be-missed air display. The BMD Northcliffe Surf Club, located approximately 1km from the heart of the Gold Coast, provides a prime beachfront setting for the event, complete with an award-winning restaurant, ensuring spectators have the best possible view of the action.
